FutureTrends: My prowess lies in recruitment, training and collaboration. My efficiency in Human Resources Management and my passion as innovative policy maker are my defining expertise. I am a 2001 batch Civil Servant. My experience during the course on Entrepreneurship from Massachusetts Institute of Technology gave me a better understanding of organization as a structure and its growth trajectory as its lifeline. Academics has always been my first preference. I have published extensively on varied topics ranging from True Democracy to Rights of Dalits, from State Funding of Elections to Human Rights of Migrant Workers, from Understanding Mahatma to Cycling, from Theory of Development to Security Issues in Railways.
